Founded by Richard Burde
Richard brings over 9 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on the complex land development projects that require specialized expertise.
After earning his Civil Engineering degree from San Jose State, Richard honed his skills at BKF Engineers, one of the Bay Area's top-ranked firms, tackling everything from industrial developments to environmental permitting challenges with the California Water Board, Fish and Wildlife, and Army Corps of Engineers.
In 2018, Richard relocated his family to the Central Coast and began enjoying the SLO life. He discovered this region needed someone who could handle the full spectrum of land development—from single-family homes to high-density residential and commercial projects.
Richard's approach is simple: successful projects aren't just about engineering expertise—they're about clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and staying committed.
