Planning
Assist with conceptual design and feasibility studies aimed at informing clients to any unforeseen land use restrictions, construction costs, and permitting obstacles they may face during the completion of a project.
Produce supporting documents and planning application preparation for project approval with governing agencies.
Design & Permitting
Preparation of construction documents including plans, specs, cost estimates, and supporting environmental reports required to issue construction permits, bid the project, shop contractors, and obtain financing. We pride ourselves on quick turn around times and exceptional coordination with members of the design team during the plan check and permitting process.
Construction
Coordinate design intent and value engineering options between design team and contractor. Provide supporting or clarifying information during construction. Prepare SWPPP reports and provide QSP services during construction.
