A property owner in Atascadero enlisted an Architectural team to design a custom single-family home on a vacant parcel along El Corte Road. In coordination with the architects, SLO Civil Design was brought on to engineer the site infrastructure needed to bring the vision to life.
Our work encompassed full grading and drainage design, a nearly 685-foot driveway, and new utility connections extending from the City's existing water and sewer mains to the home site. A Stormwater Control Plan was also prepared to manage runoff from the new development in compliance with City of Atascadero and regional water board standards — ensuring the project was permitted, buildable, and built to last.
