Peak WiFi set out to build a new headquarters in Grover Beach, bringing together a full team of designers, planners, and engineers to bring the project from concept to construction. SLO Civil Design was engaged to lead all civil site engineering, working in close coordination with the project's architect, landscape architect, and planning consultants.

Our scope covered everything from preliminary grading and drainage layouts through final construction documents, frontage improvements, and a full Stormwater Control Plan meeting both City of Grover Beach and Central Coast Regional Water Board requirements — delivering a permit-ready site for Peak WiFi's new home base on the Central Coast.
