The property serves as a premier event destination hosting weddings, corporate retreats, and private celebrations along California's Central Coast — with capacity for up to 300 guests.

SLO Civil Design was engaged to redesign the property's septic system to support the estate's transition into a full-scale commercial event venue. Our engineering work ensured the site met San Luis Obispo County requirements, bringing the infrastructure in line with the demands of a world-class destination and setting the stage for Villa Loriana to welcome guests for years to come.
